Concert to debut at Barron Arts on Jan. 24

The New Horizons Band will have its debut performance at the Barron Arts Center, 582 Rahway Ave., Edison, at 3 p.m. Jan. 24. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.

The New Horizons Band of Woodbridge is a newly formed group that offers musical training and opportunities for adults. The band's members range in age from 24 to 84 and come from all walks of life. This is NHBOW's first concert; both the full band and smaller chamber ensembles will be featured. Experienced players, those just learning or those becoming reacquainted with music are part of the band. Seating is limited, and advance reservations are required.
