Car break-ins hit Iselin

Arash of motor vehicle break-ins occurred in a parking lot on Green Hollow Drive in Iselin last week.

The burglaries and thefts occurred between 1 p.m. Nov. 4 and 11 a.m. Nov. 5, police said.

The first incident was reported to have occurred between 1 p.m. Nov. 4 and 7:45 a.m. Nov. 5. Someone punched out the lock on the driver's-side door of a silver 2004 two-door Audi TT and stole an Apple iPod with charger and a bicycle pack containing bicycle tools, parts, a tire gauge and a tire pump, all valued at approximately $300.

Someone pried open the driver's side door lock to a black 2007 four-door Lincoln MXZ and stole a Motorola Visar portable police radio.

Someone entered a green 2008 Lexus RX350 and stole a Canon G9 camera valued at $500.

Someone pried open the driver's side door of a silver 2007 four-door Lexus ES 350, ransacked the glove box and stole a Sony VAIO laptop valued at $1,500 that was in the trunk of the vehicle.

Someone pried the lock on the driver's-side door of a black 2006 Infiniti four-door M35 and ransacked the glove box. Nothing was reported taken at the time of the police report.

The lock on the driver's-side door of a gray 2006 Infiniti FX3 was punched out. Nothing was reported taken at the time of the police report.

Someone punched out the lock on the driver's-side door of a blue 2008 four-door Lexus ES and stole a Garmin GPS navigational unit, a Cobra radar detector, a tool kit, an auxiliary cable, an iPod connector, and a wallet containing a New Jersey driver's license and credit and debit cards.

The latest incident was reported to have occurred between 11 p.m. Nov. 4 and 7:45 a.m. Nov. 5. Someone punched out the lock on the driver's-side door of a black 2007 two-door Infiniti G35 and stole miscellaneous paperwork from a driver's manual.
