Rose Sacino Mondi Mrs. Mondi, 84, of the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick, died May 3, 2008, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent Mondi, in 2006; and a sister, Angie Barbara, in 2005. She is survived by a son, Vincent Mondi Jr. of Kearny; an adopted son, Theodore Christman; a foster son, Victor Alonso of Metuchen; a sister and brother-inlaw, Lucy and Carmen Aita of East Brunswick; one nephew, and one niece.AMass of Christian Burial will be offered May 7 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Bartholomew Church, East Brunswick. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Arrangements are by Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick.
