Fundraiser to benefit shelter pets

Angel Paws, a nonprofit all-volunteer animal shelter, will hold a fundraiser at Cheeseburger in Paradise, Route 1, Iselin, on May 15. Tickets are $12 each and include one nonalcoholic drink, a choice of any entrée, and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. There are 12 tickets available for every half hour: 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and 4 -8 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at the adoption center, 490 Inman Ave., Colonia, or by calling (732) 340-1199; 100 percent of the sales will benefit the shelter.
