Bilingual Connections Project slated for April 8

The Woodbridge Township School District's district-wide Bilingual Connections Project Workshop and Bilingual Parents' Council meeting will be held 7:15-9 p.m. April 8 at Lafayette Estates School No. 25. This will be the second in a series of three workshops aimed at forging an alliance between the homes and schools of students who are bilingual and/or enrolled in the English as a second language program.

The topic of the workshop portion of the meeting will be "Let's Tickle Our Senses, LearnAboutAdjectives."Aportion of the meeting will be devoted to discussing the ESL/Bilingual program and the Bilingual Parents' Council.

Parents, friends and teachers of students in the ESL/Bilingual program are all invited to attend. Those who have need of interpreters are encouraged to bring someone. For more information, call the school district at (732) 326-1182.
