Seminars on estate and federal income tax available

The N.J. State Bar Foundation will offer a public seminar on estate and federal income tax Feb. 21, 7-9 p.m. A featured speaker will be Richard Greenberg of Greenberg & Schulman, Woodbridge. Topics include changes to the New Jersey estate tax, and IRAs. A talk on the "Medicare-Medicaid Maze" will be held Feb. 28, 1-3 p.m. Topics include Medicare updates, and planning for long-term care insurance.

A mock-trial conference for teachers of grades three through eight will be held April 16 from 9 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Attendees will receive professional development hours. Audience volunteers will perform roles of attorneys and witnesses in a mock trial conducted Judge Mark A.
