Arts center to present Hickory Tree Chorus

The Barron Arts Center of Woodbridge will host a holiday concert by the Hickory Tree Chorus on Dec. 14 at 8 p.m. at St. Cecelia's Church, 45 Wilus Way, Iselin. Hickory Tree Chorus is the 2007 Greater New York Region Champion Chapter of Sweet Adelines International, one of the largest singing organizations for women in the world. They will perform holiday and popular songs in four-part acappella harmony. Also performing will be the three-time regional champion quartet Escape. Admission is free; a donation of a nonperishable food item is requested. Reservations are not necessary. Seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis. Call (732) 634-0413.
