Margaret "Peg" Hayes Biggins

Mrs. Biggins, 63, of South River, died Oct. 9, 2007, at Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in New Brunswick, she resided in Somerset and Edison, prior to relocating to South River in 1971. She was a communicant of St. Mary of Ostrabrama Roman Catholic Church, South River. She was a Brownie and Girl Scout leader, and Boy Scout den leader in South River. She enjoyed collecting bears. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert J. Biggins Jr.; a daughter, Margaret M. Biggins of North Brunswick; two sons and one daughter-in-law, William R. and Penny Biggins of Manville, and Robert J. Biggins III of South River; a sister, Barbara C. Hayes of South River; four grandchildren; and a greatgranddaughter. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Mary's Church. Interment was at St. Mary's Cemetery, East Brunswick. Arrangements were by Brunswick Memorial Funeral Home, East Brunswick.
