Woodbridge AARP announces meetings, trips

The Woodbridge AARP Chapter 3869 has scheduled the following:

On May 9 a dinner-dance at The Forge will be held for the installation of new officers from 6-10 p.m. Dinner-dance is for members only and the cost is $20.

A trip for High Tea at the First Elected Governor's Mansion situated on 13 acres in Union will held on May 30. There will be a tour of the mansion and a short film shown.

The chapter will sponsor an 11-day trip to San Antonio, Texas, from Sept. 7-17. The trip includes 18 meals, a tour of San Antonio, a cruise of famous River Walk district, the Alamo, the LBJ Ranch and San Antonio Missions. Cost is $879 per person. A $200 deposit is required at time of signup.
