Community Bulletin Board Red Cross Web site links tornado victims to family
Family and friends of those affected by the recent tornadoes in central Florida can check the American Red Cross "Safe and Well Website" for information at https://disastersafe.redcross.org/Default.aspx.
The Web site is available around the clock and the Red Cross encourages affected residents to register. Whenever there is Internet access, people can register on or search the Web site.
The "Safe and Well Website" enables people within a disaster area to let their families and friends outside of the affected region know that they are safe and well. Loved ones who are concerned about family members in an affected area can search the Web site to view these messages.
The site can also be reached via www.reecross.org by clicking the "Safe and Well Web site" link.
