Obituaries
Michael A. Agolia
Mr. Agolia, 91, of Monroe, formerly of Old Bridge and Manalapan, died Jan. 25, 2007, at home. A bus driver for Old Bridge Township Schools for 10 years until 1986, he also taught ballroom dancing for 30 years at Old Bridge Community School. Surviving are his wife, Arlette Falck Agolia; a son, Dr. Mark Agolia, and his wife, Mary, of Monroe; a sister, Mary Smolinsky of the Iselin section of Woodbridge; and a nephew. Services were held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Interment was in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, also East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memorial and Honor Program, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Robert W. Yock
Mr. Yock, 35, of Old Bridge, died Jan. 26, 2007, at home. His mother, Constance Baber, died in 2003. He was employed for the past 13 years as a water-utility operator for East Brunswick Township. Surviving are three children, Nicole and Casey Yock of South River and Sabrina Yock of the Fords section of Woodbridge; his father, Raymond Yock; two sisters, Deborah Geary of Ontario, Canada, and Sharon Westervelt of Hillsborough; and his girlfriend, Cara Shaw of Old Bridge. Services were held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Interment was in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick.
James A. Severino
Mr. Severino, 64, of Indio, Calif., formerly of East Brunswick, died Jan. 25, 2007, at home. Surviving are two sons, Michael of Milltown, and James, and his wife, Denise, of South River; a daughter, Sarah Severino of East Brunswick; two brothers, Francis Severino of Idaho and Charles Severino of Bogota; his fiancé, Janice Davis; three sisters, Frances O'Keefe, Virginia Allen and Patricia Dunkin; and two grandchildren. Services and interment were held at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arnytown section of North Hanover. Arrangements were under the direction of Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
John R. Latham
Mr. Latham, 58, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, died Dec. 27, 2006, at home. Prior to his retirement in 2002, he was employed as a truck driver with Ferrell Gas, Woodbridge. He was predeceased by his parents, Angelina and John Latham. Surviving are his wife, Linda Eichert Latham; three sisters, Mary Ann Kruger of South Bound Brook, Patricia Wordel of Mount Olive, N.C., and Elaine Gerwer of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; many nieces and nephews; and 12 great-nieces and great-nephews. Services were held at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin. Entombment was in Cloverleaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge.
