Hash run returns on Jan. 6

The Freezing Cold Hash Run returns to Edison on Jan. 6. The Hash Run is a 4-6 mile noncompetitive group run which follows an off-road course laid out with baking flour. The run will start at the law offices of Ken Vercammen, 2053 Woodbridge Ave., in Edison at 10 am. It is free to run but entrants are encouraged to bring a canned food item to donate to the St. James Food Bank. The run is for those 21 years or older and no awards will be given or times recorded.
