For the Record

Members of the Woodbridge Township Education Association will have to pay $1 more for every prescription they purchase, according to the union's new three-year contract with the school district.

In the Sept. 27 issue of the Sentinel, it was incorrectly reported that members previously paid nothing for prescriptions and that the new cost would be $1. However, this is not the case.

Instead, the cost for name-brand prescription drugs will increase from $14 to $15, while the cost of generic prescription drugs will rise from $7 to $8.

For mail-order brand-name prescription drugs, the cost will rise from $20 to $21; for mail-order generic prescription drugs, it will increase from $10 to $11.

The Sentinel regrets the error.
