Joe Franklin to appear at Regency at Monroe The Regency Culture Club will present "A Walk Down Memory Lane" with well-known New York broadcasting personality Joe Franklin, the "King of Nostalgia," at 8 p.m. on Jan. 22 at the Regency at Monroe Clubhouse Ballroom, off Route 522, Monroe. Moderator will be Milt Paris. The event will feature audience participation. Coffee, beverages and dessert will follow the program. Tickets cost $15 per person. Order deadline is Jan. 15.
