Woodbridge Township named Tree City U.S.A. Woodbridge Township has been named a Tree City U.S.A. by the National Arbor Day Foundation. The program is sponsored by the National Arbor Day Foundation, in cooperation with the National Association of State Foresters and the USDA Forest Service. Woodbridge has been named a Tree City for the past 11 years.
