The Metuchen Little League announces registration for the 2007 baseball and softball season. All players ages 5-15 are welcome to participate. Registration will be held at the Little League Clubhouse at Fater Field on Oakland Avenue. Dates and times for registration are: Thursday, Dec. 7 (7-9 p.m.) and Saturday, Dec. 9 (9 a.m. to noon). A $25 late fee will be assessed on all registrations received after Dec. 9. Fees for participation are $60 for one child, $100 for two children and $125 for three or more children. A work bond of $125 and fundraising responsibilities are also required of each family. Application forms for returning players will be preprinted and available at registration. Applications for new families may
be obtained online at www.eteamz.com/metuchenLL. However, all registrations must be completed in person at the clubhouse. Youngsters with special needs are encouraged to register for the Buddy Ball program. There is no fee to register for Buddy Ball and participation is open to all children with disabilities age 5-15. Players living outside of Metuchen are welcome.
Adult (18-plus) recreational basketball teams and players are wanted for the Amateur Basketball Association of NJ. Season begins Sunday, Dec. 10, at the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton. Fees are being collected in early November.

The Jersey Bombers U14 Baseball Club is looking for quality, dedicated players to add to their roster for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. The team will play in competitive weekend leagues and tournaments. Excellent coaching, player exposure and indoor winter training. Players age cutoff date is May 1, 1992.
